Kathleen Dempsey's monolithic urban landscapes raise our awareness of overpowering manmade architecture. Her unique perspective of industrial areas and towering city buildings emphasise the strength of the monumental structures. Significant Queensland landscape artist Elizabeth Duguid shares a collection of her paintings created throughout her long career. She depicts nature in a free and colourful manner, capturing the spontaneity of her stylish landscapes with lush brushstrokes.
